Remove All Conditions
I'm thinking of a new build that needs a similiar skill as described below, but I can't remember if there is one out there:
"Remove all conditions from target foe"
It sounds mad, like why would you want to do that - the more on the foe the better, but it could work well with the build I have planned. I know there's skills to remove all from allies, but are there any out there to remove all conditions from target foes?

Epidemic does not remove conditions, it simply transfers them.

Creating a Fragility build? Or?
Anyways, as RhanoctJocosa already said, the crystal spells are your best bet...

I'm sure you would mean that.
And yes, I agree why would you want to remove conditions on a enemy?

[epidemic] 100% does not remove conditions, i use [broad head arrow] with it all the time,
the enemy i hit is still dazed after [epidemic] as well as all others around

Yeah messing around with a few spell casters and assassin skills today (caster as primary, sin secondary) trying for a combo featuring fragility, with the amount of conditions you can quickly administer with an assassin, triggering fragility's armor ignoring damage.

Skill description for Epi def says "Spreads conditions" and not "Removes conditions and replaces them elsewhere."
@OP: Crystals = win.

I would say "From...to" implies a movement. I agree Spread implies the opposite. Perhaps I'm just being pedantic.
Compare with Hypochondria, which is entirely unambiguous;

I would have written Epidemic as;

|
or, following Hypochondria more;

I don't think it's pedantic - anything that improves ambiguous skill details has got to be a good thing.

Well, in that case you won't be able to use [Crystal Wave] or [Teinai's Crystals] since they're Ele skills. That'd take three professions. Other than those two skills, I don't know of any that remove conditions from enemies.
